Free directory remains separate

Public company contact listings are designed to remain independently accessible. A paid consultation, if offered, is a separate service and does not turn AtoZ Contacts into an official support provider for a listed company.

Scope must be agreed

Any paid engagement should state the deliverables, price, timeline, refund terms and limitations before payment. No paid service should be marketed as access to an official brand support channel unless that relationship genuinely exists and is disclosed.

No account handling

Unless a lawful written agreement expressly provides otherwise, consultation does not include taking control of user accounts, collecting passwords or requesting one-time authentication codes.

Third-party fees

Fees charged by listed companies, carriers, payment providers or other third parties are separate from any AtoZ Contacts consultation fee.

Refunds and cancellation

Specific cancellation and refund terms should be shown at checkout or in the written service agreement. If there is no paid offering on the site, this policy is informational and does not create a purchase obligation.
