Expert Review Policy
Explains when specialist review is required and prevents unsupported “expert reviewed” claims.
When specialist review is used
Specialist review may be appropriate for legal, privacy, security, accessibility or other high-risk content. We identify a reviewer only when a real qualified reviewer has actually completed the review.
No invented credentials
AtoZ Contacts does not create fictional expert names, qualifications or review dates to improve perceived authority.
Editorial review
Routine directory records may be checked by the editorial team for source quality, country context, duplication and misleading affiliation language without describing that process as professional advice.
Corrections after review
Expert or editorial review does not prevent later corrections. New official evidence can supersede earlier information.
